Supervision

Clinical Supervision

As therapists, we often spend so much time caring for others that it can be easy to overlook ourselves. I believe good supervision should support not only your clients but also you as the practitioner. Whether you’re working in private practice, within a charity, or in an organisational setting, supervision offers the opportunity to reflect on the demands of your role, celebrate what’s working well, and explore the challenges in a safe and supportive environment.

As a Clinical Supervisor, I offer clinical supervision to qualified counsellors and psychotherapists working in private practice, charities, and organisational settings.

I believe supervision should feel like a genuine partnership. Every therapist brings their own experiences, strengths, and ways of working, so I tailor my approach to meet your individual needs. I aim to provide a space where you feel supported, encouraged, and able to think openly about your work, while continuing to develop both personally and professionally.

My supervision is grounded in the BACP Ethical Framework, providing a reflective space where we can explore client work, ethical decision-making, professional standards, self-awareness, and the wider factors that influence your practice. Together, we can think creatively and critically about your clinical work while keeping client wellbeing, professional integrity, and your own wellbeing at the centre of our conversations.

How I Help
I aim to create a warm, collaborative relationship where you feel comfortable bringing your questions, uncertainties, successes, and reflections. Alongside offering support, I will gently challenge your thinking when appropriate, helping you build confidence, deepen your clinical understanding, and continue to grow in your practice.

If you’re looking for a Clinical Supervisor who values reflective practice, ethical working, collaboration, and professional development, I’d be delighted to arrange a complimentary 30-minute introductory meeting via Zoom. This allows us to discuss your supervision needs, answer any questions, and see whether we feel like the right fit to work together. My charge for supervision is £65.00 per hour.
